The April release introduced interactive dashboard panes for deeper insight, smarter refund and inventory management, and tighter controls to prevent overselling. Updates across the Portal, Shop, and Operator App refined guest check-in, reporting accuracy, and overall system performance — keeping daily operations faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
SnowCloud Portal
New Features
- Panes at the top the Dashboard Overview are now interactive via clicking; allowing a drill-down view of the selected category (sans Yield & Interactions) (Video)
