CRM and Email Marketing Updates
In our last release, we included several new CRM features that help you build deeper relationships with past, present, and future guests. Now that you’ve had a chance to take advantage of these new features, we’ve taken your feedback and usage patterns to further refine this feature set.
Enhanced Guest Unsubscribe Experience
- Updated email unsubscribe confirmation flow to ensure that users receive consistent confirmation messages to indicate success.
Improved Mailing List Management Interface
- Improved handling of CRM opt-in forms that would enroll a user multiple times if they submitted the form in succession. Additionally, this enhancement also includes functionality to avoid duplicate user enrollment.
- Refined CRM form user interface to exclude dynamic lists when configuring manual enrollment targets.
- Added the ability for a form to switch between different contact lists.
- Improved contact list handling to ensure that users cannot accidentally delete a contact list that is in use.
- Added a preview thumbnail to the CRM marketing blasts interface for improved visibility at a glance.
- Added the ability to filter contact lists by status.
- Added the ability to create segments based on prior list statistics, such as who opened, clicked, etc.
- Email blasts are now listed chronologically within the interface.
- Refinements to CRM analytics functionality for improved reliability of statistics.
- Refinements to the “test email” interface for a smoother user experience.
- Resolved a bug that may cause forms to no longer display within the user interface after viewing deleted entry data associated with the form.
Improved Email Editor
- Added additional style improvements to the CRM Email Editor for improved user experience across various screen sizes.
- Resolved a situation where saving an email within the CRM Email Editor was showing the previous preview, even though the new version was being saved successfully.
- Refined the “test email” functionality of the CRM Email Editor to address certain scenarios where a user would attempt to send a test message without saving it first.
Statistics and Reporting
- Resolved an issue where some dynamic contact lists may not be listed within the marketing blast interface.
- Resolved a minor discrepancy in “sent” statistics where the user interface may not be correctly accounting for opted out users.
- Refined subscriber counts interface to resolve an issue where unsubscriber counts may not be correctly reflected after a subscriber has unsubscribed.
Scheduling
- Refinements to marketing email blast scheduling to improve reliability.
E-Commerce and Shop
Enhancements
- Various improvements within the Activity Shop menu interface to ensure consistent user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet screens.
- Internal validation/handling improvements to how discounts apply to package items. This additional validation layer will assist in ensuring that when configuring package discounts, that the end result is as expected.
- Additional validation to ensure that discount entitlements with an override price discount cannot be created for situations where they are unable to be used.
Bugfixes
- Enhanced shop page pricing calculations to improve consistency across page refreshes when certain group pricing conditions are met.
- Resolved an issue where the cart interface may not be displaying all items when a package and individual item are both within the cart.

- Updated reservation confirmation emails to include hotel reservation details.
Bugfixes
- Resolved certain edge case scenarios that occurred when a user was signing multiple waivers for multiple family members on specific browsers/devices.
