Cart Upgrades in Shop and Concierge
The web shop and web concierge now use an upgraded checkout system that provides better fault recovery and more consistent transaction handling.
Waiver Enforcement Improvements
Enhanced waiver enforcement ensures guests complete required waivers before using services:
- Transferred products now trigger new waiver requirements for the recipient guest
- Rentals and lesson scans trigger notifications for pending waiver requirements
- Staff can display a QR code in Rental, Lesson, and Access Control apps for guests to sign waivers on the spot in the operator application
- Waiver warnings now appear across the app at every scan location.
New Features in the Operator App
- Tap to Pay at POS – Tap to Pay is now available alongside hardware card readers. Toggle between “Pay on Phone” and “Pay on Card Reader” at checkout, with your preference saved across sessions.
- Edit Date of Birth in Rentals – Staff can now add or edit a guest’s date of birth in the rental profile for and recalculate DIN calculations on ski bindings. Guests without a DOB on file will see a prompt to add it.
Enhancements
- Quick Sale Tab Behavior – Tab management (open tab, assign to table, split checks, merge checks, transfer to team member) now works consistently across table service, quick service, and retail POS modes. Tabs are now preserved when switching to quick sale, preventing accidental data loss.
- S700 Device Selection – The device selection interface now features a scrollable list with improved Connect/Cancel buttons, making it easier for locations with many payment devices.
