Release Notes

We’re pleased to announce improvements across F&B operations, guest management, email communications, financial reporting, and device authentication.

Food and Beverage

New Split and Merge Checks

The F&B POS application now supports splitting and merging checks, giving operators greater flexibility in managing customer bills:

  • Split checks: Select items from an existing check and split them to a new check.
  • Merge Checks: Select items and merge them into another open check.
  • Guest name assignments are preserved through split operations.
  • Items already sent to the kitchen display maintain their correct status when checks are split.
  • Validation ensures proper item selection before merge operations can proceed

S700 Payment Terminal Improvements

Tip handling on S700 payment terminals has been improved to ensure accurate
payment processing during check presentation, preventing duplicate tip amounts
from being applied to a single transaction.

Concierge

Several improvements have been made to the Concierge module to enhance the
on-site guest management and checkout experience:

  • Resuming in-progress reservations now works as expected
  • The “Save Progress” feature reliably preserves cart items when staff step away
      from a transaction
  • Guest search results are now consistent after completing a sale
  • The payment completion screen properly clears when starting a new transaction
  • The credit card reader interface has been visually refined for improved
      clarity

Email Communications

Email List Management Improvements

Email marketing list processing has been updated so that lists are reprocessed
before each send. This ensures that unsubscribe requests are reflected in
subsequent email dispatches, and guests who newly qualify for a list are
automatically included.

Financial Reporting

GL Cash Report Improvements

The accuracy of GL Cash reports has been improved:

  • Voided transactions involving gift card payments are now correctly reflected
      in report calculations
  • Support has been added for Interact and Diners Club payment types in GL
      reporting
  • Store credit refund fee allocation has been improved

Authentication & Devices

Lock Station & KDS Authentication

Lock Station and KDS devices now maintain authentication for up to 365 days,
reducing service interruptions and simplifying on-site device management.
