This update sharpens accuracy and performance across SnowCloud — adding item-level refunds, improved dispute handling, clearer gift card vs. shop credit labeling, and expanded coupon support. The Operator App now displays team member names, improves speed and reliability, and refines rental and time-based entitlement logic for smoother daily operations.
