SnowCloud Portal
New Features
Cashier Sales Report
- A new Cashier Sales report is now available in the F&B Shop Page. This feature displays sales data by date, cashier, items sold, total sales, and tips, providing enhanced visibility into daily operations.
KDS Recall from History
- You can now recall completed orders directly from the KDS history view, streamlining order management and editing.
Enhancements
Retail Shop Menu Configuration
- Improved configuration options for retail shop menus in the POS system. Required fields can now be adjusted as needed to ensure that retail shops are display in the POS if they are set to online.
KDS Workflow Button Visibility
- All workflow buttons in the KDS are now visible at all times, making it easier to progress through steps. An “undo” button has also been added for accidental actions.
User-Friendly F&B Shop Creation
- Improved messaging when creating a new F&B shop.
Tab State Syncronization
- Optimized synchronization between KDS and POS when handling multiple orders on a single device. Tab state changes now synched in realtime across all systems.
Shop Sales History Updates
- Shop sales history and drill-down data now reflect immediately after transactions.
Reservation Mode Dropdown
- Updated UI experience around “Pickup Time Reservations”.

New Features
POS Quick Shop Search
- Added a shop-level search bar to POS shops. As you type, items are filtered and listed in real time, making it easier to find a product across all shop menus.
Enhancements
Tips and Payment Screen Enhancements
- The tips/payment screen has been refined for clarity. Tip options (18%, 20%, 22%) are now more prominent. The order details section starts collapsed but can be expanded to review the items included in the sale.
