Release Summary

We’re pleased to announce the release of our latest build, which delivers significant enhancements across guest experience, financial management, CRM capabilities, and system architecture.

This release includes improvements focused on streamlining operations, enhancing data accuracy, and providing more powerful tools for guest engagement and business intelligence.


New Features & Enhancements

SnowCloud Operator App

Lesson Check-in

Enhanced the guest check-in experience for multi-use and reserved lesson products including improvements to check-in guests with multiple valid lesson entitlements and returned lesson uses.

Unclaimed Accounts

New feature allows operators to process unclaimed events by generating a QR code from the sale detail page in the app. The code directs guests to a page in the shop where they can create an account and redeem unclaimed products.

SnowCloud Portal

Dynamic Contact List Builder

A powerful new CRM feature that enables users to create sophisticated contact lists from guest data. The system now supports advanced filtering by demographics, purchase history, group membership, and visit patterns, enabling more targeted and effective marketing campaigns.

Streamlined Smart List Creation & Import Functionality

Simplified process for creating new smart lists & importing existing data; improving workflow and efficiency for marketing and guest relations teams.

Contact Phone Number required – optional during checkout

A new requirement option has been added to the Path to Purchase flow: when designated in product classification, purchasers must enter a “Contact Phone Number” during checkout for access, rental, and lesson products. The phone number is stored in the guest profile when required by product classification. This information is now searchable in both sale and guest lookups, ensuring accurate record matching and improved guest management.

Waiver Images

There is a new option to add images to waivers using the waiver editor in Risk Management Setup.

Financial Management & Reporting

Enhanced Tip Configuration

Implemented granular control over tip acceptance in food & beverage operations. Tips are now only processed when a F&B shop has a designated tips GL account configured; providing clean financial tracking and better compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Reporting Accuracy

Updated logic to enhance dashboard calculations. All financial summaries are now in real-time and synced matching the underlying transaction reports.

System Architecture & Performance

Modernized Service Architecture

Completed a comprehensive refactoring initiative that enhances system performance and supports future scalability requirements.


Improvements

SnowCloud Operator App

  • Multi-use Product Resets: Updated logic for use count restoration on multi-use access products with returned visits and check-ins to ensure all uses are redeemed and valid throughout the life of the product.
  • F&B Menus: Enhanced functionality for F&B shop menus in the POS. If a POS page menu is deleted in the portal, the entire menu will be hidden to prevent display issues in the app.
  • Lesson Check-in: Improved code scan functionality for sale codes and guest virtual IDs provide additional options for a more efficient check-in process.
  • Rental Calculator: Vetted and enhanced the accuracy and functionality of the rental calculator.

SnowCloud Shop

  • Real-time Inventory Updates: Improved remaining inventory count synchronization when adding items to cart.
  • Emergency Contacts: Improved Parent or Guardian field visibility for minor checkout processes.
  • Communication Preferences: Guests can now subscribe or unsubscribe from promotional receiving emails with a checkbox in their guest profile.
  • Calendar Functionality: Improved reservation calendar to retain focus on selected dates while the page is still loading.
  • Lesson Add-ons in Groups: More robust support for including add-ons with Lesson products in group shops.
Enhancements to Guest Profiles ability to manage communications preferences and emergency contacts.

SnowCloud Portal

  • Shop Setup: Added toggle switches for turning shops online and offline for the POS and the web. Shops set to ‘POS Offline’ will no longer display in the POS.
  • Search Functionality: Added search bars and filter options across multiple interfaces.
  • Processing Workflow: Improved list processing workflow.
  • Resiliency Improvements: Enhanced portal stability through implementation of adaptive retry mechanisms and connection pooling optimizations; resulting in more consistent page rendering.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Duplicate Contact Prevention: Implemented validation to ensure only unique contacts are imported to CRM lists.
  • Export Consistency: Aligned Excel export functionality between smartlist designer and main contact pages.
  • Query Processing Speed: Enhanced query processing times for results.

Technical Infrastructure

System Optimization

  • Enhanced caching mechanisms for immediate visibility of smart list edits & list uploads
  • Improved filtering logic across multiple system components
  • Standardized product selection interfaces with appropriate user guidance
